W. R. MEADOWS is pleased to announce the acquisition of ALCOT PLASTICS, a well-established manufacturer of foam products based in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. This acquisition marks a significant milestone in our strategic growth initiative to expand our product portfolio and enhance manufacturing capabilities.

With over 42 years of experience in the plastics industry, ALCOT PLASTICS brings a strong legacy of innovation in producing high-quality foam products widely used in packaging, insulation, and specialty construction applications. MEADOWS’ position in the concrete construction industry and broaden our presence in foam technology, including concrete expansion joint fillers and backer rod materials. ALCOT PLASTICS will continue to operate as a separate business unit, retaining its current management team. All existing ALCOT PLASTICS personnel will remain in their roles and are warmly welcomed into the W. R. MEADOWS family.
