Il ne se contracte pas, ne contient qu\u2019une faible quantit\u00e9 de compos\u00e9s organiques volatiles (COV) et a une tr\u00e8s faible odeur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UTILISATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>HYDRALASTIC 836 peut \u00eatre employ\u00e9 sur les surfaces de b\u00e9ton int\u00e9rieures ou ext\u00e9rieures, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l\u2019on d\u00e9sire cr\u00e9er une protection contre l\u2019infiltration d\u2019eau. Ce produit peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 tant au-dessus qu\u2019en dessous du niveau du sol. HYDRALASTIC 836 est excellent pour les applications horizontales et verticales telles que l\u2019imperm\u00e9abilisation des tabliers de terrasse et bo\u00eetes \u00e0 fleurs et le scellement des parapets. La surface devrait \u00eatre frott\u00e9e doucement avec un balai et m\u00fbrie de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence par voie humide. Les agents de m\u00fbrissement sous forme de membrane devraient \u00eatre enlev\u00e9s m\u00e9caniquement. Retirer toutes les projections et boucher les vides et les indentations afin d\u2019obtenir une surface lisse nivel\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration de la surface<\/strong>\u2026 HYDRALASTIC 836 est con\u00e7u pour les surfaces de b\u00e9ton, d\u2019asphalte, de m\u00e9tal et de bois. Pour les travaux de r\u00e9novation du b\u00e9ton existant ou le b\u00e9ton neuf pr\u00e9sentant un profil de surface d\u00e9fectueux, abraser ou meuler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le substrat. Le substrat doit \u00eatre solide, sans poussi\u00e8re et d\u00e9barrass\u00e9 du givre, de la graisse, de l\u2019huile, de la salet\u00e9, des agents de m\u00fbrissement, des agents de d\u00e9coffrage et de tout autre contaminant p\u00e9n\u00e9tr\u00e9 ou en surface qui pourrait nuire \u00e0 l\u2019adh\u00e9rence. Utiliser de l\u2019alcool d\u00e9natur\u00e9 pour enlever la salet\u00e9, l\u2019huile, la peinture \u00e9caill\u00e9e, le givre et les autres contaminants de la surface de travail. NE PAS employer de solvant \u00e0 base de p\u00e9trole tel que l\u2019essence min\u00e9rale ou le xyl\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9parer tous les vides, d\u00e9fectuosit\u00e9s et dommages du b\u00e9ton et boucher les petits trous, d\u00e9fauts de surface mineurs et trous d\u2019ancrage avec <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/meadow-patch-5-francais\/\">MEADOW-PATCH 5<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/meadow-patch-20-francais\/\">MEADOW-PATCH 20<\/a> de W. R. MEADOWS. Les irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s du b\u00e9ton qui pourraient cr\u00e9er des saillies devraient \u00eatre meul\u00e9es pour les rendre lisses. Les p\u00e9n\u00e9trations devraient \u00eatre bouch\u00e9es et solides. Toutes les zones de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration devraient offrir suffisamment de place pour appliquer l\u2019imperm\u00e9abilisant ad\u00e9quate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Appr\u00eat\u2026<\/strong> Pour les substrats poreux o\u00f9 le d\u00e9gagement d\u2019humidit\u00e9 ou d\u2019air peut causer l\u2019apparition de trous d\u2019\u00e9pingle ou de boursouflures dans la membrane appliqu\u00e9e, il est recommand\u00e9 d\u2019appliquer un appr\u00eat avant l\u2019application d\u2019HYDRALASTIC 836. L\u2019appr\u00eat est aussi recommand\u00e9 pour \u00e9liminer l\u2019air et la vapeur emprisonn\u00e9 dans le substrat. Ne pas utiliser d\u2019appr\u00eat \u00e0 base d\u2019asphalte. Les appr\u00eats recommand\u00e9s sont <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/rezi-weld-l-v-francais\/\">REZI-WELD LV<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/rezi-weld-l-v-state-francais\/\">REZI-WELD LV STATE<\/a> de W. R. MEADOWS. Pour les applications verticales UNIQUEMENT, <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/rezi-weld-1000-francais\/\">REZI-WELD 1000<\/a> est recommand\u00e9. \u00a0Pour les instructions compl\u00e8tes sur l\u2019appr\u00eat, consulter le guide <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/hydralastic-836-and-sl-priming-installation-guidelines\/\">INSTALLATION GUIDELINES : HYDRALASTIC 836 PRIMING GUIDE<\/a> \u00e0  can.wrmeadows.com.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9thode d\u2019application<\/strong>\u2026 Si le produit a s\u00e9diment\u00e9, il peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire de le brasser doucement avec une perceuse \u00e0 basse vitesse munie d\u2019une palette. Afin de faciliter l\u2019application, conditionner le produit \u00e0 23\u00b0C durant la nuit ou au moins 12 heures avant utilisation. Appliquer avec une truelle, une raclette ou un rouleau. Il est sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 d\u2019employer une raclette \u00e0 lame plate pour obtenir les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats. Les raclettes de caoutchouc crant\u00e9es gaspillent le produit et ne produisent pas une couche uniforme, contrairement aux raclettes \u00e0 lame plate. HYDRALASTIC 836 peut aussi \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 horizontalement avec une raclette ou un rouleau et verticalement avec un rouleau. V\u00e9rifier r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement que l\u2019adh\u00e9rence est ad\u00e9quate. HYDRALASTIC 836 a un temps de maniabilit\u00e9 d\u2019une heure \u00e0 23\u00b0C. S\u2019assurer que l\u2019\u00e9talement et la finition sont effectu\u00e9s durant ce laps de temps.<\/p>\n<p>Une couche unique de 60 milli\u00e8mes peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e pour les travaux d\u2019imperm\u00e9abilisation standards comme sur les murs de fondation et les bo\u00eetes \u00e0 fleurs. Pour les travaux d\u2019imperm\u00e9abilisation critiques comme sur les tabliers de terrasse, les plateformes ou d\u2019autres surfaces horizontales similaires, il est recommand\u00e9 d\u2019appliquer une couche de 120 milli\u00e8mes d\u2019HYDRALASTIC 836 impr\u00e9gn\u00e9e dans <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/reinforcing-fabric-hcr-francais\/\">REINFORCING FABRIC HCR<\/a> de W. R. MEADOWS. MEADOWS pour des recommandations.<\/p>\n<p>Si une seconde couche est n\u00e9cessaire, appliquer la d\u00e8s que possible mais pas plus que huit heures plus tard \u00e0 23\u00b0C. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que la temp\u00e9rature ambiante, du produit et de la surface augmente, un film huileux se formera \u00e0 la surface et agira comme antiadh\u00e9sif.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les applications effectu\u00e9es le jour suivant ou les secondes couches, frotter la zone de raccord [152 \u00e0 203 mm (6 \u00e0 8 po)] avec de l\u2019ac\u00e9tone ou de l\u2019alcool, ce qui \u00e9liminera le film d\u2019huile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prot\u00e9ger la membrane\u2026 <\/strong>Sur toutes les surfaces verticales ou horizontales prot\u00e9ger HYDRALASTIC 836 avec <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/panneau-de-protection-vibraflex-pc-francais\/\">PROTECTION COURSE (VIBRAFLEX PC)<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/mel-drain-francais\/\">MEL-DRAIN<\/a> (avec le film support de polyester) de W. R. MEADOWS ou contacter W. R. MEADOWS pour d\u2019autres options de protection. L\u2019application de la protection devrait \u00eatre effectu\u00e9e lorsque le mat\u00e9riau peut \u00eatre pi\u00e9tin\u00e9 sans causer de dommages \u00e0 la membrane.<\/p>\n<p>HYDRALASTIC 836 ne sera g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas lessiv\u00e9 s\u2019il commence \u00e0 pleuvoir durant ou apr\u00e8s l\u2019application. Cependant, tout travail devrait \u00eatre arr\u00eat\u00e9 d\u00e8s qu\u2019il pleut en prot\u00e9geant le produit non utilis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temps sec au toucher<\/strong>\u2026 HYDRALASTIC 836 se caract\u00e9rise par un s\u00e9chage rapide. Le temps de s\u00e9chage est habituellement de quatre heures selon la temp\u00e9rature et l\u2019humidit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nettoyage\u2026<\/strong> HYDRALASTIC 836 non m\u00fbri se nettoie facilement avec de l\u2019alcool. Une fois m\u00fbri, le produit s\u2019enl\u00e8ve mieux par un moyen m\u00e9canique.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PR\u00c9CAUTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ne pas exposer aux UV ext\u00e9rieurs durant plus de 14 jours. HYDRALASTIC 836 ne doit pas \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme rev\u00eatement pour les structures contenant de l\u2019eau ni les surfaces expos\u00e9es ou d\u2019usure. Pour ce type d\u2019application, utiliser la gamme de <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/cementitious-waterproofing\/\">produits GEMITE<\/a>. Ne pas appliquer sur des surfaces qui seront peintes ult\u00e9rieurement.
