AIR-SHIELD LSR m\u00fbrit pour former une membrane \u00e9lastom\u00e8re robuste sans raccord offrant une excellente r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la transmission de l\u2019air et de l\u2019humidit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UTILISATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>AIR-SHIELD LSR a \u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialement formul\u00e9e pour agir comme pare-humidit\u00e9 liquide et pare-vapeur\/air \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des enveloppes de b\u00e2timent. Elle peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e sur la plupart des surfaces et int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 toute une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de syst\u00e8mes muraux. R. MEADOWS au moins deux heures avant celle-ci.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temp\u00e9rature et conditions \u2026<\/strong> Le temps de s\u00e9chage (m\u00fbrissement) d\u00e9pend de la temp\u00e9rature de l\u2019air, de la circulation d\u2019air, de l\u2019humidit\u00e9 relative, de la temp\u00e9rature du substrat, du refroidissement \u00e9olien, du point de ros\u00e9e, etc.\u00a0 Par exemple, si la temp\u00e9rature baisse ou que l\u2019humidit\u00e9 augmente, le temps de s\u00e9chage augmentera. Si la temp\u00e9rature chute en dessous de 4.5\u00b0C, le temps de s\u00e9chage (temps de m\u00fbrissement) ainsi que la r\u00e9sistance aux pr\u00e9cipitations et \u00e0 la ros\u00e9e seront retard\u00e9s. Prot\u00e9ger la membrane des pr\u00e9cipitations et du lessivage avant le s\u00e9chage. L\u2019exposition \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures de l\u2019air ou un refroidissement \u00e9olien en dessous de -6.6\u00b0C durant le s\u00e9chage peut causer de la fissuration et r\u00e9duire les performances d\u2019AIR-SHIELD LSR.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9thode d\u2019application\u2026<\/strong> AIR-SHIELD LSR peut \u00eatre pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9e ou appliqu\u00e9e avec un rouleau \u00e0 poils d\u2019une longueur minimale de 19 mm (3\/4 po). MEADOWS pour des recommandations sur les pulv\u00e9risateurs).<\/p>\n<p>AIR-SHIELD LSR peut \u00eatre pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9e \u00e0 un taux de couverture minimal approximatif de 0,42 \u00e0 0,54 m\u00b2\/L (17 \u00e0 22 pi\u00b2\/gal. U.S.) (75 milli\u00e8mes humide) (40 milli\u00e8mes sec). Remarque\u00a0: Pour les applications au rouleau ou par temps tr\u00e8s chaud, il peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019appliquer deux couches si le mat\u00e9riau commence \u00e0 couler. Appliquer la seconde couche apr\u00e8s que la premi\u00e8re est bien s\u00e8che, soit apr\u00e8s une ou deux heures. V\u00e9rifier fr\u00e9quemment l\u2019\u00e9paisseur de la couche avec un microm\u00e8tre pour film humide afin de s\u2019assurer de son uniformit\u00e9. Bien travailler le mat\u00e9riau dans les nervures stri\u00e9es formant des indentations. Les murs de blocs de ma\u00e7onnerie poreux peuvent n\u00e9cessiter des couches additionnelles afin d\u2019obtenir l\u2019\u00e9paisseur d\u00e9sir\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00fbrissement et s\u00e9chage\u2026<\/strong> Laisser le mat\u00e9riau s\u00e9cher \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature de l\u2019air et de la surface d\u2019au moins -6,7\u00b0C. Le temps de m\u00fbrissement variera en fonction de l\u2019humidit\u00e9 relative, de la temp\u00e9rature et de la circulation d\u2019air. Les temps de s\u00e9chage suivants correspondent \u00e0 des conditions normales pour une \u00e9paisseur standard. Les temps r\u00e9els peuvent diff\u00e9rer selon les conditions sp\u00e9cifiques du chantier au moment de l\u2019application. Il est recommand\u00e9 de laisser AIR-SHIELD LSR s\u00e9cher \u00e0 l\u2019air et devenir sec au toucher avant d\u2019installer l\u2019isolant sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9. La dur\u00e9e maximale d\u2019exposition d\u2019AIR-SHIELD LSR est de quatre mois.<\/p>\n<p>Film non collant au toucher\u00a0:\u00a0\u00a0 2 heures<br \/>\nS\u00e9chage complet\u00a0:\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 48 heures<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nettoyage\u2026<\/strong> Tant qu\u2019elle est humide, AIR-SHIELD LSR peut \u00eatre nettoy\u00e9e facilement \u00e0 l\u2019eau. Le mat\u00e9riau durci doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9f\u00e9rablement enlev\u00e9 avec du xyl\u00e8ne ou m\u00e9caniquement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LIMITATIONS\/PR\u00c9CAUTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PROT\u00c9GER DU GEL. Garder les contenants bien scell\u00e9s. La dur\u00e9e maximale d\u2019exposition aux UV est de quatre mois. Il est recommand\u00e9 que le toit soit install\u00e9 avant l\u2019application d\u2019AIR-SHIELD LSR. Ceci aidera \u00e0 \u00e9viter que de l\u2019eau de p\u00e9n\u00e9trer derri\u00e8re le mur de fond ou de remplir les blocs de ma\u00e7onnerie, ce qui pourrait possiblement entra\u00eener des probl\u00e8mes sur le chantier. Ne pas appliquer AIR-SHIELD LSR si de la pluie est pr\u00e9vue ou imminente dans les 24 heures de l\u2019application \u00e0 23,5\u00b0C et 50% d\u2019humidit\u00e9 relative. L\u2019adh\u00e9sion d\u2019une membrane sur les panneaux de copeaux orient\u00e9s (OSB) peut parfois \u00eatre affect\u00e9e par la texture de la surface ou la pr\u00e9sence de cire qui fait partie du liant utilis\u00e9 pour coller les copeaux de bois. Avant d\u2019appliquer sur de l\u2019OSB, des essais d\u2019adh\u00e9rence in-situ devraient \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s afin de d\u00e9terminer si le substrat convient pour une application \u00e0 la grandeur. S\u2019il existe des variations \u00e0 la surface des panneaux OSB, plusieurs essais peuvent \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaires.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ASSISTANCE TECHNIQUE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Veuillez contacter W.
