Le substrat doit \u00eatre humide satur\u00e9 en surface sans eau stagnante avant l\u2019application.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Traitement des fissures \u2026\u00a0<\/strong>Toutes les fissures existantes doivent \u00eatre trait\u00e9es s\u00e9par\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9lange \u2026\u00a0<\/strong>M\u00e9langer GEM-PLAST TC avec 5,0 L (1,3 gal.) d\u2019eau dans un m\u00e9langeur \u00e0 mortier h\u00e9lico\u00efdal ou \u00e0 palettes ou une perceuse robuste munie d\u2019une palette \u00e0 m\u00e9langer appropri\u00e9e (400 \u00e0 600 rpm). \u00a0Ajouter graduellement la poudre \u00e0 l\u2019eau tout en brassant et m\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une consistance lisse sans grumeaux.<\/p>\n<p>Ajuster la quantit\u00e9 d\u2019eau jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la consistance d\u00e9sir\u00e9e pour une application \u00e0 la brosse ou une consistance plus solide pour une application \u00e0 la truelle. Ne pas d\u00e9passer 5,2 L (1,4 gal.) par sac. Ne pas trop brasser.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9thode d\u2019application \u2026\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Appliquer GEM-PLAST TC \u00e0 la truelle sur l\u2019\u00e9paisseur sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e entre 3 et 6,35 mm (1\/8 \u00e0 \u00bc po) de mani\u00e8re uniforme. Par pulv\u00e9risation, utiliser une truelle pour enlever l\u2019air et obtenir un contact complet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00fbrissement\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u2026\u00a0<\/strong>Prot\u00e9ger contre le s\u00e9chage rapide en pulv\u00e9risant de l\u2019eau ou en appliquant une toile mouill\u00e9e ou un retardateur d\u2019\u00e9vaporation de surface sans solvant durant 24 heures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nettoyage \u2026\u00a0<\/strong>Tous les outils doivent \u00eatre nettoy\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019eau imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s usage. Le mat\u00e9riau durci peut seulement \u00eatre enlev\u00e9 m\u00e9caniquement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LIMITATIONS\/PR\u00c9CAUTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ne pas appliquer GEM-PLAST TC lorsque la temp\u00e9rature peut descendre en dessous de 4\u00b0C dans les 48 heures ou si la pluie est imminente. Suivre les pr\u00e9cautions de b\u00e9tonnage par temps chaud lors des applications au-dessus de 25\u00b0C ou par temps ensoleill\u00e9 et venteux. L\u2019\u00e9paisseur maximale appliqu\u00e9e ne doit pas exc\u00e9der 6,35 mm (1\/4 po).<\/p>\n<p><strong>SANT\u00c9 ET S\u00c9CURIT\u00c9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9viter le contact direct avec ce produit car il peut causer une irritation de la peau et des yeux. Utiliser des gants et des lunettes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour minimiser le contact direct. \u00c9viter l\u2019inhalation des poussi\u00e8res. L\u2019inhalation peut causer une irritation des voies respiratoires et\/ou une maladie pulmonaire (silicose). Ce produit contient de la silice qui est class\u00e9e par le CIRC et le NTP comme canc\u00e9rig\u00e8ne probable chez l\u2019humain (Groupe 2A du CIRC). L\u2019emploi d\u2019une protection respiratoire approuv\u00e9e par la NIOSH est recommand\u00e9 dans les environnements poussi\u00e9reux.
