Le HDPE fournit la premi\u00e8re couche \u00e9tanche alors que les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s autocicatrisantes de la bentonite assurent une protection contre la perforation sous pression hydrostatique. Le tissu de polypropyl\u00e8ne prot\u00e8ge la bentonite des projections de b\u00e9ton.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UTILISATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con\u00e7u pour les endroits en dessous du niveau du sol, CLAY-TITE est tout aussi efficace pour les installations dans lesquelles l&rsquo;imperm\u00e9abilisation est effectu\u00e9e avant la mise en place du b\u00e9ton et les applications standards. Entreposer sur des patins ou des palettes; couvrir avec une b\u00e2che ou du poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>APPLICATION <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration de la surface \u2026 <\/strong>La surface doit \u00eatre lisse, solide et sans vides avant l&rsquo;installation de CLAY-TITE. Tous les trous de plus de 25,4 mm (1 po) doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9par\u00e9es avec du contreplaqu\u00e9, un coulis ou toute autre m\u00e9thode alternative afin d&rsquo;obtenir une surface solide. Enlever toutes les saillies pointues de plus de 6,4 mm (\u00bc po).<\/p>\n<p>Dans les endroits o\u00f9 l&rsquo;eau souterraine contient une forte teneur en sodium (eau de mer ou saum\u00e2tre), contacter le service technique de W. R. MEADOWS pour des recommandations. CLAY-TITE HSR de W. R. MEADOWS peut alors \u00eatre requis. Une analyse d&rsquo;eau peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire pour d\u00e9terminer si la membrane convient pour les conditions particuli\u00e8res du sol.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9coupage \u2026<\/strong> W. R. MEADOWS offre <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/clay-tite-mastic-francais\/\">CLAY-TITE MASTIC<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/clay-tite-adhesive-francais\/\">CLAY-TITE ADHESIVE<\/a> pour les raccords. CLAY-TITE MASTIC est employ\u00e9 en dessous du niveau de la nappe phr\u00e9atique ou lorsque la temp\u00e9rature descend en dessous de 4\u00b0C.\u00a0 CLAY-TITE ADHESIVE est employ\u00e9 au-dessus du niveau de la nappe phr\u00e9atique ou lorsque la temp\u00e9rature d\u00e9passe 4\u00b0C. Dans la plupart des cas, CLAY-TITE MASTIC est le produit pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Installation du c\u00f4t\u00e9 aveugle \u2026<\/strong> S&rsquo;assurer que la surface \u00e0 imperm\u00e9abiliser est solide et sans vides. L&rsquo;utilisation de <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/mel-drain-francais\/\">MEL-DRAIN 5035<\/a> de W. R. MEADOWS est recommand\u00e9e pour toutes les applications. Fixer m\u00e9caniquement MEL-DRAIN pour retenir le sol. CLAY-TITE peut \u00eatre install\u00e9 verticalement ou horizontalement avec la surface de HDPE contre le panneau de drainage. Fixer m\u00e9caniquement l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure de CLAY-TITE tous les 508 mm (20 po). Chevaucher tous les raccords sur au moins 101,6 mm (4 po). Si l&rsquo;installation est effectu\u00e9e horizontalement, s&rsquo;assurer que tous les raccords sont effectu\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 chasser l&rsquo;eau comme sur des bardeaux. Tous les raccords devraient \u00eatre clou\u00e9s tous les 0,6 m (2 pi) et une agrafe devrait \u00eatre plac\u00e9e entre les clous. Appliquer CLAY-TITE MASTIC de W. R. MEADOWS par-dessus toutes les attaches.
