Le syst\u00e8me HYDRASTOP SA comprend la membrane HYDRASTOP SA ainsi que le panneau composite de drainage <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/mel-drain-francais\/\">MEL-DRAIN<sub>\u2122<\/sub><\/a> de W. MEADOWS.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UTILISATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>HYDRASTOP SA est employ\u00e9e comme membrane imperm\u00e9abilisante pr\u00e9-appliqu\u00e9e dans les applications verticales l\u00e0 o\u00f9 un acc\u00e8s limit\u00e9 au site requiert une membrane imperm\u00e9abilisante pr\u00e9-appliqu\u00e9e avant de couler les murs de fondation. Entreposer les bo\u00eetes sur des palettes et couvrir si stock\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur. Garder le mat\u00e9riau loin des \u00e9tincelles et des flammes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>APPLICATION <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration de la surface \u2026 <\/strong>Inspecter toutes les surfaces dont l&rsquo;\u00e9tat pourrait nuire \u00e0 la bonne r\u00e9alisation du travail. Celles-ci devraient \u00eatre structuralement solides. Enlever les d\u00e9bris et tout autre mat\u00e9riau \u00e9tranger qui pourrait endommager la membrane.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9thode d&rsquo;application \u2026 <\/strong>HYDRASTOP SA peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature aussi basse que 5\u00b0C.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/mel-prime-francais\/\">MEL-PRIME<sub>\u2122<\/sub><\/a> de W. R. MEADOWS devrait \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour accro\u00eetre l&rsquo;adh\u00e9rence sur les bords lorsque les conditions l&rsquo;exigent. Par temps froid, employer HYDRASTOP SA LOW TEMP qui peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 -7\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application de la membrane \u2026 <\/strong>Fixer m\u00e9caniquement avec des attaches tous les 304,8 mm (12 po) et dans les 13 mm (\u00bd po) de l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure de la membrane. Installer la membrane avec le c\u00f4t\u00e9 tissu face \u00e0 la coul\u00e9e de b\u00e9ton. Enlever le papier d\u00e9tachable et presser au rouleau contre le panneau de drainage MEL-DRAIN.<\/p>\n<p>Avant d&rsquo;appliquer la membrane sur une surface peu accessible, attacher le syst\u00e8me de drainage en rouleaux MEL-DRAIN<sub>\u2122<\/sub> au syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9tention du sol ou au rev\u00eatement.<\/p>\n<p>Enlever le papier d\u00e9tachable pour un chevauchement de 76,1 mm (3 po). Appliquer la membrane et placer en pressant avec un rouleau de type rouleau \u00e0 tuiles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chevauchements aux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s \u2026 <\/strong>Raccorder la membrane sur 152,4 mm (6 po).\u00a0 Avant de raccorder, appliquer <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/bem-francais\/\">BEM<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/hydralastic-836-francais\/\">HYDRALASTIC 836<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/mel-rol-liquid-membrane-francais\/\">MEL-ROL<sub>\u00ae<\/sub> LIQUID MEMBRANE<\/a> (deux composants) dans les endroits \u00e0 chevaucher. Presser la membrane avec un rouleau dans BEM, HYDRALASTIC 836, ou MEL-ROL LIQUID MEMBRANE. Aux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de la membrane, appliquer BEM, HYDRALASTIC 836 ou MEL-ROL LIQUID MEMBRANE sur une largeur de 304,8 mm (12 po) centr\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 et tandis qu&rsquo;elle est encore humide, incorporer une largeur de 304,8 mm (12 po) de <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/detail-fabric-francais\/\">DETAIL FABRIC<\/a> dans HYDRALASTIC 836 ou MEL-ROL LIQUID MEMBRANE, puis mettre en place en pressant au rouleau. S&rsquo;assurer que DETAIL FABRIC est centr\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 avec 152,4 mm (6 po) de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 du chevauchement. Appliquer davantage d&rsquo;HYDRALASTIC 836 sur toutes les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de DETAIL FABRIC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00e9n\u00e9trations et saillies \u2026 <\/strong>D\u00e9couper autour des p\u00e9n\u00e9trations horizontales et verticales en utilisant BEM, HYDRALASTIC 836 ou MEL-ROL LIQUID MEMBRANE (deux composants). Appliquer BEM, HYDRALASTIC 836 ou MEL-ROL LIQUID MEMBRANE en formant un cordon autour des tuyaux et saillies et chevauchant le c\u00f4t\u00e9 tissu d&rsquo;HYDRASTOP SA et la saillie sur au moins 64 mm (2,5 po). Si l&rsquo;espace entre la saillie et la membrane est sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 13 mm (\u00bd po), appliquer DETAIL FABRIC par-dessus BEM, HYDRALASTIC 836 ou MEL-ROL LIQUID MEMBRANE compl\u00e8tement m\u00fbrie (m\u00fbrissement d&rsquo;au moins 24 h requis). Les surfaces des p\u00e9n\u00e9trations et saillies doivent \u00eatre propres, solides et sans rouille avant d&rsquo;appliquer MEL-ROL LIQUID MEMBRANE.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rapi\u00e9\u00e7age\u2026 <\/strong>Avant de couler, inspecter la membrane et r\u00e9parer les perforations et les dommages avec HYDRALASTIC 836 et\/ou DETAIL FABRIC si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PR\u00c9CAUTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le b\u00e9ton devrait \u00eatre coul\u00e9 dans les 60 jours suivant l&rsquo;installation de la membrane. Pour les installations en dessous de 4\u00b0C, contacter le service technique de W. R. MEADOWS. Lorsque des supports de barre sont utilis\u00e9s, choisir ceux avec une base plate. L&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;HYDRASTOP SA ne dispense pas de la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9liminer la pression hydrostatique.
