Elle est compos\u00e9e d&rsquo;un noyau plasmatique (PLASMATIC CORE) exclusif plac\u00e9 au centre entre des couches de papier goudronn\u00e9 et un mat de fibre de verre. Une couche d&rsquo;asphalte prot\u00e9geant des intemp\u00e9ries est appliqu\u00e9e sur le mat de fibre de verre et recouvert d&rsquo;un film de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne antiadh\u00e9sif.<\/p>\n<p>PMPC fournit une v\u00e9ritable protection contre l&rsquo;eau et la vapeur d&rsquo;eau sous pression positive dans les applications horizontales. Il est facile \u00e0 installer et \u00e9conomique. Install\u00e9 correctement, il arr\u00eate l&rsquo;infiltration d&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 dans les fondations, les planchers et les dalles de structure en b\u00e9ton. PREMOULDED MEMBRANE VAPOR SEAL WITH PLASMATIC CORE est \u00e0 la fois imperm\u00e9able \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau et \u00e0 la vapeur d&rsquo;eau.<\/p>\n<p>PMPC offre le taux de perm\u00e9ance le plus bas de l&rsquo;industrie, soit moins de 0,002 perm. Il est donc le produit de choix lorsqu&rsquo;une imperm\u00e9abilisation totale \u00e0 la vapeur d&rsquo;eau est n\u00e9cessaire. Parmi ses caract\u00e9ristiques uniques, notons qu&rsquo;il agit aussi comme panneau de protection qui r\u00e9siste \u00e0 la perforation sur le chantier ainsi qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;action abrasive de la mise en place du b\u00e9ton. PMPC est conforme \u00e0 la norme ASTM E 1993. Un syst\u00e8me de tuyaux de drainage complet devrait \u00eatre plac\u00e9 sur le pourtour des fondations. Lorsque l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 est excessive, le drainage devrait aussi \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur m\u00eame des fondations. Si appliqu\u00e9 sur des surfaces de b\u00e9ton, r\u00e9parer tous les endroits endommag\u00e9s, boucher les trous et enlever les protub\u00e9rances coupantes.<\/p>\n<p>La quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;adh\u00e9sif \u00e0 appliquer doit \u00eatre ajust\u00e9e afin de compenser les irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s de surface et il peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;appliquer plusieurs couches afin d&rsquo;obtenir une bonne adh\u00e9sion. Pour maximiser la durabilit\u00e9 et les performances du b\u00e9ton, la conception de la dalle de plancher devrait cr\u00e9er un minimum d&rsquo;affaissement et par cons\u00e9quent assurer une hydratation compl\u00e8te du b\u00e9ton.
