R. MEADOWS (U.S. Patent No. 7,179,761). Le NOYAU PLASMATIQUE est une matrice \u00e0 sept couches con\u00e7ue pour \u00eatre robuste et fournir le taux de transmission de la vapeur d&rsquo;eau le plus faible du march\u00e9. Une fois le b\u00e9ton coul\u00e9 contre PRECON et m\u00fbri, un ancrage m\u00e9canique se cr\u00e9e qui fixe le b\u00e9ton \u00e0 la membrane.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UTILISATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PRECON est employ\u00e9 comme membrane de c\u00f4t\u00e9 oppos\u00e9 dans les applications verticales lorsque l&rsquo;accessibilit\u00e9 du c\u00f4t\u00e9 positif est limit\u00e9e. De telles applications comprennent les parois berlinoises et les murs isolants, les palplanches m\u00e9talliques, les caissons ainsi que les murs de r\u00e9tention en terre stabilis\u00e9e ou b\u00e9ton projet\u00e9. La membrane peut aussi \u00eatre employ\u00e9e dans les applications horizontales comme pare-vapeur et mat\u00e9riau \u00e9tanche. MEADOWS et d\u00e9couper en employant tous les accessoires sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9s ou requis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CARACT\u00c9RISTIQUES ET AVANTAGES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cr\u00e9e un scellement \u00e9tanche entre la membrane et le mur de b\u00e9ton coul\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Aide \u00e0 emp\u00eacher la diffusion de l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 dans la structure.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duit l&rsquo;infiltration du m\u00e9thane et du radon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>EMBALLAGE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rouleaux de 1,2 m x 15,2 m (4 pi x 50 pi). Un rouleau par bo\u00eete.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MANIPULATION ET ENTREPOSAGE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Stocker les bo\u00eetes de membrane sur des palettes et couvrir si laiss\u00e9es \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur. Garder le mat\u00e9riau loin des \u00e9tincelles et des flammes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>APPLICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration de la surface \u2026 <\/strong>Inspecter toutes les surfaces pour d\u00e9celer la pr\u00e9sence de tout \u00e9l\u00e9ment nuisible au bon d\u00e9roulement des travaux. Les surfaces devraient \u00eatre solides. Enlever les d\u00e9bris et toute mati\u00e8re \u00e9trang\u00e8re qui pourrait endommager la membrane.<\/p>\n<p>PRECON peut \u00eatre employ\u00e9 avec un \u00e9taiement de murs en caisson sans utiliser de panneaux de drainage, tels que <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/mel-drain-francais\/\">MEL-DRAIN<\/a> de W. R. MEADOWS. W. R. MEADOWS recommande de bien drainer le site. La d\u00e9cision de retirer les panneaux de drainage devrait \u00eatre \u00e0 la discr\u00e9tion de l\u2019ing\u00e9nieur. Si le syst\u00e8me de drainage n\u2019est pas install\u00e9, la pr\u00e9paration de la surface devient importante. Le substrat doit \u00eatre solide, sain et lisse. Tout espace ou vide de plus de 25 mm (1 po) doit \u00eatre bouch\u00e9. Lorsque PRECON est employ\u00e9 avec MEL-DRAIN, le syst\u00e8me peut recouvrir les espaces de moins de 50,8 mm (2 po). Cependant, les espaces de plus de 50,8 mm (2 po) doivent \u00eatre bouch\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9thode d&rsquo;application \u2026 <\/strong>PRECON peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures aussi basses que 5\u00b0C; cependant, si l\u2019environnement n\u2019est pas id\u00e9al ou les conditions limites, envisager l\u2019utilisation de PRECON WINTER-GRADE en dessous de 16\u00b0C. <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/precon-winter-grade-francais\/\">PRECON WINTER-GRADE<\/a> peut \u00eatre employ\u00e9 \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature aussi basse que -7\u00b0C. Se r\u00e9f\u00e9rer au bulletin PRECON COLD WEATHER APPLICATION TECHNICAL BULLETIN pour des instructions d\u2019installation compl\u00e8tes. <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/mel-prime-francais\/\">MEL-PRIME<\/a> \u00e0 base de solvant de W. R. MEADOWS devrait \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour augmenter l\u2019adh\u00e9rence \u00e0 la lisi\u00e8re lorsque les conditions le requi\u00e8rent autant avec PRECON que PRECON WINTER-GRADE. (MEL-PRIME W\/B n\u2019est pas recommand\u00e9 pour ces installations \u00e0 basse temp\u00e9rature).<\/p>\n<p>Avant d&rsquo;appliquer la membrane du c\u00f4t\u00e9 invisible, fixer le syst\u00e8me de drainage en rouleau MEL-DRAIN de W. R. MEADOWS au syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;isolation ou de r\u00e9tention du sol.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les applications verticales de PRECON, fixer m\u00e9caniquement la partie sup\u00e9rieure tous les 31 cm (12 po) \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;attaches plac\u00e9es dans les 13 mm (\u00bd po) de l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la membrane. Installer la membrane c\u00f4t\u00e9 tissu vers le b\u00e9ton coul\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9tacher le papier amovible sur une largeur de chevauchement de 152,4 mm (6 po). Appliquer la membrane et presser avec un rouleau de type rouleau pour carreaux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Raccordements aux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s\u2026<\/strong> Faire se chevaucher la membrane sur 152,4 mm (6 po) apr\u00e8s avoir appliqu\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/bem-francais\/\">BEM<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/hydralastic-836-francais\/\">HYDRALASTIC 836<\/a> ou *<a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/mel-rol-liquid-membrane-francais\/\">MEL-ROL LIQUID MEMBRANE<\/a> (deux composants) de W. R. MEADOWS sur les endroits \u00e0 chevaucher. Presser la membrane dans BEM, HYDRALASTIC 836 ou MEL-ROL LIQUID MEMBRANE avec un rouleau. Aux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de la membrane, appliquer une largeur de 31 cm (12 po) de BEM, HYDRALASTIC 836 ou MEL-ROL LIQUID MEMBRANE centr\u00e9e sur le raccord et, tandis que le produit est encore humide, ins\u00e9rer une largeur de 31 cm (12 po) de <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/detail-fabric-francais\/\">DETAIL FABRIC<\/a> dans HYDRALASTIC 836 ou MEL-ROL LIQUID MEMBRANE et presser avec un rouleau. S&rsquo;assurer que DETAIL FABRIC est centr\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 avec 152,4 mm (6 po) de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. Faire une application additionnelle d&rsquo;HYDRALASTIC 836 sur toutes les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de DETAIL FABRIC.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/detail-tape-h-francais\/\">DETAIL TAPE H<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/detail-tape-v-francais\/\">DETAIL TAPE V<\/a> de W. R. MEADOWS peuvent \u00eatre employ\u00e9s pour les raccords aux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s verticaux ou horizontaux. Pour des informations compl\u00e8tes, voir le bulletin technique PRECON END LAP TAPING METHOD disponible \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\"> can.wrmeadows.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saillies et p\u00e9n\u00e9trations\u2026<\/strong> Faire le d\u00e9coupage autour de toutes les p\u00e9n\u00e9trations horizontales et verticales avec BEM, HYDRALASTIC 836 ou MEL-ROL LIQUID MEMBRANE (deux composants). Appliquer BEM, HYDRALASTIC 836 ou MEL-ROL LIQUID MEMBRANE en cr\u00e9ant un filet autour des tuyaux ou des saillies tout en faisant se chevaucher le c\u00f4t\u00e9 tissu de PRECON et les saillies sur au moins 64 mm (2,5 po). Si l&rsquo;espace entre la saillie et la membrane est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 13 mm (\u00bd po), appliquer PRECON FABRIC TAPE sur BEM, HYDRALASTIC 836 ou MEL-ROL LIQUID MEMBRANE non m\u00fbri. Les surfaces des p\u00e9n\u00e9trations et des saillies doivent \u00eatre propres, solides, et sans rouille avant l&rsquo;application de BEM, HYDRALASTIC 836 ou MEL-ROL LIQUID MEMBRANE.<\/p>\n<p>*MEL-ROL LIQUID MEMBRANE est un produit en deux composants \u00e0 ne pas confondre avec <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/fr-ca\/mel-rol-lm-francais\/\">MEL-ROL LM<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les applications horizontales avec des p\u00e9n\u00e9trations regroup\u00e9es, envisager l&#8217;emploi d&rsquo;HYDRALASTIC 836. Avant d&rsquo;appliquer HYDRALASTIC 836, pr\u00e9parer les surfaces des p\u00e9n\u00e9trations comme ci-dessus et fabriquer un cadre de 2 pi x 4 pi (0.6 x 1,2 m) afin de former un \u00ab\u00a0manchon de goudron\u00a0\u00bb destin\u00e9 \u00e0 recevoir HYDRALASTIC 836.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rapi\u00e8\u00e7age\u2026<\/strong> Avant de couler, inspecter la membrane pour d\u00e9celer la pr\u00e9sence de perforations ou de dommages. R\u00e9parer, si n\u00e9cessaire, avec HYDRALASTIC 836 et\/ou DETAIL FABRIC. (BEM ou MEL-ROL LIQUID MEMBRANE peuvent \u00eatre employ\u00e9s \u00e0 la place d&rsquo;HYDRALASTIC 836.) De plus, s&rsquo;assurer qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas d&rsquo;eau stagnante sur la membrane et que celle-ci a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9barrass\u00e9e des mat\u00e9riaux pouvant nuire \u00e0 l&rsquo;adh\u00e9rence du b\u00e9ton \u00e0 la membrane.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Applications en dessous de dalles \u2026<\/strong> Se r\u00e9f\u00e9rer \u00e0 ACI 302.1R\u00a0: Chapitre 4 (Site Preparation and Placing Environment) pour la pr\u00e9paration en dessous du sol avant l&rsquo;installation de PRECON.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PRECAUTIONS\/LIMITATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le b\u00e9ton devrait \u00eatre coul\u00e9 dans les 60 jours suivant l\u2019installation de la membrane. Pour les installations en dessous de 4\u00b0C, contacter le service technique de W. R. MEADOWS. Lorsque des supports de barre sont utilis\u00e9s, choisir ceux avec une base plate. Il est de la responsabilit\u00e9 du concepteur autoris\u00e9 de d\u00e9terminer si PRECON convient comme barri\u00e8re contr\u00f4lant la vapeur sur la base des donn\u00e9es de perm\u00e9ance au COV publi\u00e9es selon le projet et la r\u00e9glementation gouvernementale. Il est sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 de suivre les bonnes pratiques de l\u2019industrie pour installer un syst\u00e8me de ventilation passive (convertible en active) ou fournir une ventilation active au-dessus de la membrane barri\u00e8re.
