On peut aussi mouiller l&rsquo;endroit \u00e0 r\u00e9parer avec de l&rsquo;eau (sauf si la temp\u00e9rature est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 2\u00b0C (35\u00b0F) imm\u00e9diatement avant l&rsquo;application de \u00ab\u00a0SPEED CRETE\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><strong><span style=\"font-family: ARIAL;\">M\u00e9lange<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: ARIAL;\">Le m\u00e9lange type est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans la proportion d&rsquo;environ 5,7 L (5 ptes) d&rsquo;eau par sac de \u00ab\u00a0SPEED CRETE\u00a0\u00bb gamme rouge ou 5,1 litres (4,5 ptes) d&rsquo;eau par sac de \u00ab\u00a0SPEED CRETE\u00a0\u00bb gamme bleue. L&rsquo;eau devra \u00eatre propre et on pourra utiliser de l&rsquo;eau douce ou de l&rsquo;eau de mer. \u00ab\u00a0SPEED CRETE\u00a0\u00bb et l&rsquo;eau devront \u00eatre m\u00e9lang\u00e9s compl\u00e8tement pendant pas plus d&rsquo;une minute jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 une consistance de mastic SANS AFFAISSEMENT. On ne devra pas retremper le m\u00e9lange. Si le m\u00e9lange est effectu\u00e9 \u00e0 la main, 2,5 \u00e0 4,5 kg (5 \u00e0 10 lb) peuvent \u00eatre m\u00e9lang\u00e9s facilement dans un seau. Pour une quantit\u00e9 plus grande, utiliser une brouette ou une cuve \u00e0 m\u00e9langer. Si le m\u00e9lange est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans un m\u00e9langer \u00e0 mortier, on utilisera un petit m\u00e9langeur avec des palettes \u00e0 extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s en caoutchouc. Ne pas m\u00e9langer plus de 45 kg (100 lb) \u00e0 la fois.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: ARIAL;\">Verser la quantit\u00e9 voulue d&rsquo;eau dans le m\u00e9langeur puis ajouter (si n\u00e9cessaire) jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 80% par poids de du gravillon lav\u00e9 mesurant jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 9.5 mm (3\/8 po) maximum. Ajouter ensuite \u00ab\u00a0SPEED CRETE\u00a0\u00bb. La dur\u00e9e de m\u00e9lange devra \u00eatre suffisamment longue pour permettre d&rsquo;obtenir la consistance du mastic sans affaissement. Ne pas m\u00e9langer pendant plus de 60 secondes. Ne pas ajouter de sable, d&rsquo;antigel, de chlorure de calcium ou tout autre produit chimique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><strong><span style=\"font-family: ARIAL;\">Mise en place<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: ARIAL;\">Placer le m\u00e9lange sans affaissement fermement, de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 assurer une adh\u00e9rence compl\u00e8te sur tous les endroits qui sont recouverts. \u00ab\u00a0SPEED CRETE\u00a0\u00bb peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la truelle ou \u00e0 la main. Ne pas sur travailler \u00e0 la main ou \u00e0 la truelle. Pour les applications verticales ou de plafonds, appliques \u00ab\u00a0SPEED CRETE\u00a0\u00bb en couches et permittre \u00e0 chaque couche de faire sa prise initiale avant d&rsquo;appliques la suivante. Les couches penvent \u00eatre de 102 mm (4 \u00ab\u00a0) d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur verticalement et jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 50.8 mm (2&Prime;) d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur au plafonds. Pour les r\u00e9parations plus profondes placer le m\u00e9lange contenant l&rsquo;agr\u00e9gat jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 25.4 mm (1\u00a0\u00bb) du rebord, appliquer ensuite une couche de \u00ab\u00a0SPEED CRETE\u00a0\u00bb sans agr\u00e9gat et finir. Si des formes sont utilis\u00e9es, elles peuvent \u00eatre enlev\u00e9es 30 minutes apr\u00e8s que le \u00ab\u00a0SPEED CRETE\u00a0\u00bb est \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><strong><span style=\"font-family: ARIAL;\">Finition<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/strong><span style=\"font-family: ARIAL;\">Pour obtenir une surface uniforme on r\u00e9alisera la finition par pilonnage dans les 3 \u00e0 5 minutes suivant la mise en place. \u00ab\u00a0SPEED CRETE\u00a0\u00bb peut \u00eatre plan\u00e9 tr\u00e8s lisse apr\u00e8s la prise initiale. La finition des applications sous l&rsquo;eau est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la main. On r\u00e9alisera la cure par l&rsquo;application de #3100 (produit 3050-101), #1100 (produit 3300-341) ou #1220 (produit 3300 131) agents de cure de b\u00e9ton de W. R. MEADOWS, applique rapidement apr\u00e8s la finition.
