SPEED-E-ROC est un mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 expansion contr\u00f4l\u00e9e qui ne se contracte pas.\u00a0 Le temps de prise de SPEED-E-ROC est de 10 \u00e0 20 minutes \u00e0 25<sup>o<\/sup>C (77<sup>o<\/sup>F) et sa r\u00e9sistance atteint 34,4 MPa en une heure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UTILISATIONS<\/strong><br \/>\nSPEED-E-ROC est id\u00e9al pour ancrer l&rsquo;acier d&rsquo;armature, les rails, boulons, attaches, goujons, tiges filet\u00e9es, poteaux indicateurs, parcm\u00e8tres, panneaux de signalisation et les pi\u00e8ces d&rsquo;acier ornementales dans le b\u00e9ton et tout autre mat\u00e9riau dur et poreux bien pr\u00e9par\u00e9.\u00a0 SPEED-E-ROC est un coulis de ciment fluide \u00e0 prise rapide qui peut \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 pour cimenter de fa\u00e7on pr\u00e9cise les plaques d&rsquo;assise de machinerie, les plaques d&rsquo;appui et les colonnes. Il convient aux applications dans les domaines r\u00e9sidentiels, industriels et du g\u00e9nie civil. Percer le trou d&rsquo;ancrage \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un marteau percuteur rotatif. La surface pr\u00e9par\u00e9e doit \u00eatre d\u00e9poussi\u00e9r\u00e9e et pr\u00e9senter un profil permettant un bon ancrage m\u00e9canique.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e9-tremper la zone \u00e0 r\u00e9parer avant d&rsquo;appliquer SPEED-E-ROC afin d&rsquo;obtenir un substrat satur\u00e9 sec en surface (SSS) sans eau stagnante.<\/p>\n<p>Les boulons d&rsquo;ancrage doivent \u00eatre install\u00e9s en utilisant une rondelle. Le diam\u00e8tre du trou d&rsquo;ancrage ne devrait pas \u00eatre plus grand que celui requis pour que l&rsquo;ensemble\u00a0 boulon\/rondelle puisse glisser au fond du trou d&rsquo;ancrage et reposer sur la t\u00eate du boulon.<\/p>\n<p><b>Cimentation\u2026<\/b> Le substrat doit \u00eatre solide et exempt de tout contaminant qui pourrait nuire \u00e0 l&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion. La surface pr\u00e9par\u00e9e doit \u00eatre d\u00e9poussi\u00e9r\u00e9e et pr\u00e9senter un profil permettant un bon ancrage m\u00e9canique. Pr\u00e9-tremper la zone \u00e0 r\u00e9parer avant d&rsquo;appliquer SPEED-E-ROC afin d&rsquo;obtenir un substrat satur\u00e9 sec en surface (SSS)) sans eau stagnante. S&rsquo;assurer que le coffrage soit herm\u00e9tique afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les fuites excessives de SPEED-E-ROC. Appliquer un agent de d\u00e9coffrage appropri\u00e9 tel que <a href=\"https:\/\/can.wrmeadows.com\/duogard-francais\/\">DUOGARD<\/a> de W. R. MEADOWS sur le coffrage afin de faciliter son d\u00e9montage.<\/p>\n<p><b>M\u00e9lange\u2026<\/b> M\u00e9langer une partie d&rsquo;eau potable \u00e0 six parties de SPEED-E-ROC jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange versable, homog\u00e8ne et sans grumeau soit obtenu.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e9langer un seau de 22,7 kg avec environ 3,8 l d&rsquo;eau potable. M\u00e9langer un pot de 3,6 kg avec environ 0,6 litres d&rsquo;eau potable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>LIMITATIONS\/PR\u00c9CAUTIONS<br \/>\n<\/strong>Non con\u00e7u pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme assise ou rev\u00eatement. Ne pas appliquer en dessous de 1,7<sup>o<\/sup>C ni au-dessus de 35<sup>o<\/sup>C ou lorsque la pluie est imminente. Prot\u00e9ger du gel durant au moins 24 heures. SPEED-E-ROC devrait \u00eatre couvert ou fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 emp\u00eacher l\u2019eau de stagner au niveau des ancrages et\/ou enduit avec un scellant \u00e0 b\u00e9ton ou un scellant p\u00e9n\u00e9trant. SPEED-E-ROC n\u2019est pas con\u00e7u pour \u00eatre employ\u00e9 dans des endroits immerg\u00e9s ou continuellement mouill\u00e9s. Ne rajouter aucun adjuvant. D\u00e9passer la quantit\u00e9 de liquide \u00e0 ajouter conduit \u00e0 une diminution des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques. Tenir compte du fait que le temps de m\u00fbrissement diminue lorsque la temp\u00e9rature du produit, de l\u2019air, du substrat et du liquide de m\u00e9lange augmente et qu\u2019il augmente lorsque la temp\u00e9rature diminue. Le non-respect des pratiques standardis\u00e9es de l\u2019industrie peut diminuer les performances du mat\u00e9riau. Tous les mat\u00e9riaux cimentaires incluant SPEED-E-ROC nuiront \u00e0 l\u2019aluminium qui n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 trait\u00e9 en surface avec une finition protectrice barri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SANT\u00c9 ET S\u00c9CURIT\u00c9<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u00c9viter d\u2019inhaler les poussi\u00e8res. \u00c9viter le contact direct avec ce produit. Porter des gants et des lunettes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 afin de minimiser le contact direct. En cas de contact, laver la zone affect\u00e9e avec de l\u2019eau et un savon doux. Tenir hors de port\u00e9e des enfants. Pour usage industriel uniquement.
