REZI-WELD EN GEL STATE offre une forte adh\u00e9rence au b\u00e9ton et \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres substrats ainsi que des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques \u00e9lev\u00e9es. Enlever le b\u00e9ton friable et cr\u00e9er une surface profil\u00e9e. Le substrat doit \u00eatre solide et compl\u00e8tement d\u00e9barrass\u00e9es des poussi\u00e8res, salet\u00e9s, agents de m\u00fbrissement et de d\u00e9coffrage, graisse, huile et de tout contaminant de surface ou ayant p\u00e9n\u00e9tr\u00e9, rev\u00eatements, scellants ou substance similaire qui pourrait nuire \u00e0 une bonne adh\u00e9sion. Le pon\u00e7age, le d\u00e9capage \u00e0 l&rsquo;acide, le meulage et le brossage \u00e0 la brosse m\u00e9tallique ne sont pas des m\u00e9thodes de pr\u00e9paration de la surface appropri\u00e9es. Aspirer ou souffler la poussi\u00e8re avec de l&rsquo;air comprim\u00e9 sans huile.<\/p>\n<p>Les surfaces lisses comme le bois doivent \u00eatre ponc\u00e9es ou abras\u00e9es m\u00e9caniquement. Les surfaces d&rsquo;acier expos\u00e9es devraient \u00eatre d\u00e9cap\u00e9es au jet de sable et nettoy\u00e9es par aspiration; si cela n&rsquo;est pas possible, d\u00e9graisser la surface et employer un papier abrasif ou une brosse m\u00e9tallique pour obtenir un fini m\u00e9tallique brillant continu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9lange (unit\u00e9s en vrac)\u2026<\/strong> Conditionner tous les composants au-dessus de 18<sup>o<\/sup>C (65<sup>o<\/sup>F) 24 heures avant utilisation. R\u00e9chauffer au bain-marie ou placer dans une pi\u00e8ce chaude avant d&rsquo;appliquer. Brasser chacun des composants. M\u00e9langer m\u00e9caniquement \u00e0 vitesse r\u00e9duite (600 \u00e0 900 rpm) \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une perceuse \u00e9lectrique munie d&rsquo;une palette de type Jiffy ou d&rsquo;un malaxeur \u00e0 tambour durant 3 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 homog\u00e9n\u00e9isation tout en raclant les parois afin d&rsquo;assurer un m\u00e9lange complet des composants. Le produit m\u00e9lang\u00e9 devrait \u00eatre d&rsquo;une couleur grise uniforme et ne pr\u00e9senter aucune tra\u00een\u00e9e. \u00c9viter d&#8217;emprisonner de l&rsquo;air. Ne m\u00e9langer \u00e0 la main que de tr\u00e8s petites quantit\u00e9s durant au moins 3 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 homog\u00e9n\u00e9isation en utilisant le b\u00e2ton \u00e0 m\u00e9langer fourni. Racler les parois du contenant afin d&rsquo;assurer un m\u00e9lange complet des composants. M\u00e9langer uniquement la quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9poxy qui peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e durant le temps de maniabilit\u00e9 du produit. La vie en pot (temps de maniabilit\u00e9) d\u00e9cro\u00eet lorsque la temp\u00e9rature ambiante et\/ou la quantit\u00e9 de produit augmente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ancrages m\u00e9talliques dans des trous pr\u00e9-perc\u00e9s dans le b\u00e9ton\u2026<\/strong> Les trous pr\u00e9-perc\u00e9s devraient avoir un diam\u00e8tre sup\u00e9rieur d&rsquo;environ 3,2 mm (1\/8&Prime;) de celui du boulon d&rsquo;ancrage. La profondeur du trou devrait \u00eatre de 10 \u00e0 15 fois sup\u00e9rieure au diam\u00e8tre du boulon. Remplir le trou \u00e0 partir du fond jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 moiti\u00e9 avec le m\u00e9lange \u00e9poxy et introduire le boulon, le goujon ou la tige d&rsquo;armature. Remplir avec l&rsquo;\u00e9poxy et effectuer la finition. La configuration du chevillage ou de l&rsquo;ancrage doit \u00eatre approuv\u00e9e et\/ou \u00e9labor\u00e9e par un ing\u00e9nieur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fissures dans les structures verticales ou en plafond\u2026<\/strong> Pour les fissures et les joints statiques, utiliser une truelle pour appliquer la p\u00e2te sur toute la profondeur et araser sur la surface en un seul passage. Pour les r\u00e9parations par injection des fissures des structures, utiliser une pompe \u00e0 injection pour deux composants. REZI-WELD EN GEL STATE n&rsquo;est pas recommand\u00e9 pour les applications en plafond.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rapi\u00e9\u00e7age des structures de b\u00e9ton\u2026<\/strong> REZI-WELD EN GEL STATE donne un mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lev\u00e9e pour le rapi\u00e9\u00e7age, le surfa\u00e7age, l&rsquo;injection et la r\u00e9paration des \u00e9paufrures et autres d\u00e9fauts du b\u00e9ton. L&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur moyenne du mat\u00e9riau rajout\u00e9 ne devrait pas exc\u00e9der 6,4 \u00e0 12,7 mm (1\/4&Prime; \u00e0 \u00bd\u00a0\u00bb) par couche. L&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur totale ne devrait pas d\u00e9passer 38 mm (1\u00bd\u00a0\u00bb).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Scellement des surfaces\u2026<\/strong> Appliquer l&rsquo;\u00e9poxy m\u00e9lang\u00e9 sur toute la longueur de la fissure \u00e0 injecter sous pression. S&rsquo;assurer de couvrir toute la fissure afin d&rsquo;\u00e9viter les fuites. Les surfaces de b\u00e9ton adjacentes doivent \u00eatre abras\u00e9es m\u00e9caniquement pour assurer une bonne adh\u00e9sion. Laisser le mat\u00e9riau m\u00fbrir avant l&rsquo;injection.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Liaisonnement du b\u00e9ton frais ou durci au b\u00e9ton durci ou du b\u00e9ton durci au b\u00e9ton durci&#8230; <\/strong>Employer une brosse de ma\u00e7on rigide pour appliquer une couche d&rsquo;\u00e9poxy m\u00e9lang\u00e9 sur les surfaces de b\u00e9ton. Le taux de recouvrement devrait \u00eatre de 2,2 \u00e0 2,7 m\u00b2\/L (85 \u00e0 100 pi\u00b2\/gal. U.S.). Mettre en place le b\u00e9ton frais ou durci sur REZI-WELD EN GEL STATE m\u00e9lang\u00e9 avant que l&rsquo;adh\u00e9sif \u00e9poxy ne devienne sec au toucher. Si REZI-WELD EN GEL STATE devient sec au toucher avant l&rsquo;application du b\u00e9ton frais ou durci, consulter un repr\u00e9sentant de W. R. MEADOWS.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Autres liaisonnements&#8230;<\/strong> Pour liaisonner le m\u00e9tal au b\u00e9ton, appliquer une couche d&rsquo;adh\u00e9sif selon un taux de recouvrement de 2,2 \u00e0 2,7 m\u00b2\/L (85 \u00e0 100 pi\u00b2\/gal. U.S.) (20 mils) sur la surface pr\u00e9par\u00e9e et coller imm\u00e9diatement. Il n&rsquo;est pas n\u00e9cessaire d&rsquo;appliquer une pression sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle n\u00e9cessaire pour garder les pi\u00e8ces ensemble.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nettoyage<\/strong>\u2026 Nettoyer les outils et l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement avec du tolu\u00e8ne ou du xyl\u00e8ne imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s usage. Nettoyer l&rsquo;\u00e9quipement loin de toute source d&rsquo;allumage.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PR\u00c9CAUTIONS<\/strong><br \/>\nLe non-respect des pratiques standards de l&rsquo;industrie, comme celles de l&rsquo;American Concrete Institute (ACI), peut compromettre les performances de REZI-WELD EN GEL STATE. N&rsquo;est pas con\u00e7u pour les environnements immerg\u00e9s ou satur\u00e9s. Les temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es ambiante (air), du produit et du substrat diminueront le temps de maniabilit\u00e9. Les applications en plafond doivent \u00eatre approuv\u00e9es et\/ou con\u00e7ues par un ing\u00e9nieur professionnel pour s&rsquo;assurer de la durabilit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;ancrage ou du liaisonnement \u00e0 long terme. Le fluage et la temp\u00e9rature de service doivent \u00eatre pris en compte dans les applications structurales. Les basses temp\u00e9ratures ambiante (air), du produit et du substrat augmenteront le temps de maniabilit\u00e9, de m\u00fbrissement et de mise en place des boulons. Cette fiche technique ne remplace pas les recommandations ni les sch\u00e9mas reli\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;architecture et \u00e0 l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie. Un ing\u00e9nieur professionnel doit d\u00e9terminer la convenance de REZI-WELD EN GEL STATE pour l&rsquo;ancrage, le goujonnage et les applications similaires. Ceci n&rsquo;est pas un document d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nieur final. NE PAS DILUER. M\u00e9langer uniquement des unit\u00e9s compl\u00e8tes. Non recommand\u00e9 pour \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 lorsque la temp\u00e9rature du b\u00e9ton s&rsquo;est maintenue en dessous de 4<sup>o<\/sup>C (40<sup>o<\/sup>F) durant les derni\u00e8res 24 heures ou en cas de pluie imminente. Ne pas utiliser pour colmater des fissures sous pression hydrostatique. Ne pas chauffer l&rsquo;\u00e9poxy avec une source de chaleur directe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00c9CURIT\u00c9 ET TOXICIT\u00c9<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00c9viter d&rsquo;inhaler les vapeurs et de laisser le solvant de l&rsquo;\u00e9poxy entrer en contact avec la peau. En cas de contact avec la peau, bien laver \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau et au savon sans utiliser de solvant. L&rsquo;\u00e9poxy non utilis\u00e9 peut d\u00e9gager une chaleur excessive particuli\u00e8rement lorsqu&rsquo;il est en grande quantit\u00e9. L&rsquo;\u00e9poxy non utilis\u00e9 devrait \u00eatre m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 du sable dans son contenant afin de r\u00e9duire la production de chaleur.
