Ce mortier de r\u00e9paration tr\u00e8s r\u00e9sistant en un composant bouche les fissures non \u00e9volutives, les joints et les vides de fa\u00e7on permanente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>UTILISATIONS<\/strong><br \/>\nUne fois m\u00e9lang\u00e9 avec de l&rsquo;eau pour obtenir la consistance d&rsquo;un mastic, MEADOW-PLUG peut \u00eatre fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 manuellement pour arr\u00eater rapidement les fuites actives de liquide dans les sous-sols, tunnels, piscines, \u00e9gouts, r\u00e9servoirs d&rsquo;eau non-potable, vides autour des tuyaux et trous de cha\u00eenage. Il scelle les joints de construction entre les planchers et les murs. MEADOW-PLUG est suffisamment polyvalent pour \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9 sur les surfaces horizontales ou verticales au-dessus, en dessous ou au niveau du sol. Afin d&rsquo;assurer un bon accrochage m\u00e9canique, la base de l&rsquo;ouverture fra\u00eechement pratiqu\u00e9e devrait \u00eatre plus grande que le haut. (\u00c9viter les entailles et les coupures en V).<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00e9lange et mise en place \u2026 <\/strong>M\u00e9langer MEADOW-PLUG avec suffisamment d&rsquo;eau potable pour obtenir une consistance de mastic \u00e9pais (rapport approximatif de 4:1 en volume). Ne pas m\u00e9langer plus de MEADOW-PLUG que l&rsquo;on peut en mettre en place en une minute. Introduire MEADOW-PLUG avec force directement dans la fissure pr\u00e9par\u00e9e et maintenir en place en pressant jusqu&rsquo;au durcissement. \u00c9viter de trop travailler le mat\u00e9riau. Juste avant la prise finale, MEADOW-PLUG peut \u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0ras\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb pour s&rsquo;harmoniser avec le profil de la surface entourant le rapi\u00e9\u00e7age. Si la fissure est s\u00e8che, faire m\u00fbrir imm\u00e9diatement par voie humide durant au moins 15 minutes ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que la prise soit compl\u00e8te. <strong>Ne pas utiliser sur des joints en mouvement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>PR\u00c9CAUTIONS<\/strong><br \/>\nMEADOW-PLUG est recommand\u00e9 pour la r\u00e9paration du b\u00e9ton, de la ma\u00e7onnerie et des blocs de b\u00e9ton uniquement. Ne pas appliquer en dessous de 4\u00b0C (40\u00b0F) ni au-dessus de 32\u00b0C (40\u00b0F) ou lorsque la pluie est imminente. Prot\u00e9ger du gel durant au moins 24 heures. Ne pas recouvrir les fissures en mouvement. Prolonger les joints de dilatation et de contr\u00f4le existants \u00e0 travers MEADOW-PLUG. Ne rajouter aucun adjuvant. Exc\u00e9der les quantit\u00e9s de liquides indiqu\u00e9es causera une r\u00e9duction des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physiques. Tenir compte du fait que le temps de prise diminuera avec une augmentation de la temp\u00e9rature de l&rsquo;air, du produit, du substrat ou du liquide de m\u00e9lange et augmentera avec une baisse de temp\u00e9rature. Prot\u00e9ger des conditions atmosph\u00e9riques pouvant causer une perte d&rsquo;eau trop rapide : vent, faible humidit\u00e9, temp\u00e9rature \u00e9lev\u00e9e et soleil direct. Les pertes d&rsquo;eau pr\u00e9coces sont plus importantes pour les applications en couche mince.
